🚨 New project alert 🚨 My intention for 2026 is “to travel the world in the name of music”. As this project comes into focus I look forward to creating a series that goes behind it all…to ask the question: why do we do this? It’s about the ecosystem of music, not just the stars on stage. Like me, a question of what draws us to this industry - despite the shifts, low pay, long hours - why do we keep coming back? I look forward to spotlighting the communities that keep this industry moving - the record store owner, the venue manager, the audio engineer.

Stay tuned…‼️

It’s official! 🎉 Excited is an understatement! I am an official speaker at the Women In Music 2026 Global Summit in Toronto as part of the Know Your Brand – International Markets & Global Partnerships panel. 🔥 Recording 🎧

I’m thrilled to share that I’ve been selected as an official Innovator for the 2025 Keychange U.S. Talent Development Program, an award-winning nonprofit championing gender equity and inclusion in music. Keychange US

“If you are looking for a field or local marketer for your team, I could not recommend M'Lissa Baker more highly. While at Orchard she stood up our local & field efforts up in Denver from scratch, developed a strategy that was equal parts ambitious and realistic, and executed on it exceptionally well. On top of this, she was a culture carrier: coupling a strong work ethic with a sense of humor. Any team would be better off for having M'Lissa as part of it.” - Phil DeGisi, former co-founder & CMO, Orchard
